 Pilates Plus for those over 50! Come along & improve posture, balance, strength, core!

Wednesday 10.30am

Level One Gentle Pilates

  Thursday 6pm

Level One if you have experience with Pilates

Thursday 7pm

 Beginners

 Encouraging correct technique before you move to the next class and beyond! Learn your posture type and corrective exercises to strengthen your Core & Back

Classes are not run on a drop in basis & MUST be booked in advance .

SO....WHATS THE DAMAGE?

Drop in (space permitting) £7

Classes run by the Term  so dependant on the amount of weeks in the term, paid for up front..Feb /March Term (22nd) will be £36.00 .

If you join half way through the term the class cost will be based on £7 per class.

Pilates is progressive in nature, so you need to be committed to classes to really see results..to feel the benefits in your body, notice the change in daily life  with your posture & strength

Please wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict you as you move. Tracksuit bottoms, jogging bottoms are fine, a T shirt with short or long sleeves is fine, and maybe a fleece or cardigan for warmth in the cool down at the end of class.

Pilates can be done in bare feet or socks
